SimCorp StrategyLab rewards business excellence

In a direct response to new challenges in the investment management industry, with increased focus on risk management, cost control and growth opportunities, SimCorp StrategyLab rewards the investment management institutions that demonstrate superior accomplishments and excellence in meeting these challenges.
Investment management institutions are invited to participate in an assessment of their ability to mitigate market risk, reduce cost and enable growth in today’s demanding financial environment. The assessment will be based on their achievements and developments accomplished in the period from 1 August 2009 to 31 July 2010.
An international jury consisting of renowned specialists and academics within finance, economics and applied IT will evaluate the submissions, and the Excellence Awards 2010 will be announced on 9 September 2010, at a ceremony in Berlin. The result of the competition will also be announced in the following issue of the Journal of Applied IT and Investment Management.
