What characterises SimCorp's values? We want to run SimCorp by values much more than rigid rules, and when we say that "We are determined, enthusiastic and perform with integrity – together", we actually mean it. It is our value statement, and it is based on our employees' own words and views on SimCorp. You will find that this approach saturates our company, from east to west, from cellar to attic.
A typical SimCorp candidate Well over 80% of our employees hold an academic degree, primarily in finance and/or computer science. Common to all is an interest in advanced financial consultancy and software.
Our core competences lie within economics, finance and IT, and we are thus particularly interested in hearing from people with a university or business degree, preferably with some post-graduate experience within finance, economics, mathematics, physics, computer science or engineering. Nevertheless we also recruit graduates within the fields of business law, marketing, HR and more.

What’s the typical career path at SimCorp? In SimCorp we do not believe that your career has to follow a rigid plan. In line with the need for constant professional development, we offer an extensive in-house training programme. During your first weeks and months with SimCorp, you will take part in a formalised introduction programme, during which you will be assigned a tutor and participate in SimCorp Academy. SimCorp Academy aims to build competences in and around the use and implementation of our enterprise solution, SimCorp Dimension. Besides this, we offer a multitude of different internal and external courses, e-learning courses and practical training through the participation in different projects - locally and abroad.
Does SimCorp offer summer jobs and student assistant positions? Our product, SimCorp Dimension, is a very extensive financial system. Due to its complexity, it usually takes well past six months to become acquainted with the product to an extent that one is able to execute given tasks successfully. For this reason, SimCorp does not offer summer jobs. However, periodically we recruit bachelors and master graduates for student assistant positions.
As a student assistant in SimCorp, you have the opportunity to start your career while completing your studies. We employ students in different parts of the organisation, and you will engage in autonomous tasks that lead to many and varied challenges. You will typically work between 10 and 20 hours per week. We are flexible in regards to your studies and examinations, and it is possible to qualify for a permanent full-time employment with SimCorp, once you have completed your studies.
A student assistant position allows you to test theory in practice and to gain valuable insight into the organisation, our product and our business - this all being valuable information when pursuing a long-term career with us. Several of our employees have started their career with us as student assistants.
Is SimCorp an international company? SimCorp is a Danish, publicly-listed company. Counting more than a thousand highly qualified and dedicated colleagues in multiple locations on four continents, you will find a truly international atmosphere here.
