HPP
A number of high performing employees are nominated to join our High Potential Program, HPP. HHP is a cross-organisational program during which you meet other high-performing employees in SimCorp and work on a particular project that has significant importance to SimCorp. Individual coaching and career development are both part of the programme.
Me and Management
If you aspire to become a manager at some point in your career, 'Me and Management' is the course for you. It increases your personal insight, enabling you to make the right career decisions, whether it is choosing a managerial career path or not. Personality profiles, feedback and exercises simulating real management tasks are all part of this course.
Leadership development
SimCorp’s leaders play an important role in the development of SimCorp, our values, our employees and in executing our strategies. We believe in the correlation between excellent leadership and motivated, enthusiastic employees creating business results with and for our customers.
We use a lot of efforts in developing our leaders and have established a Leadership Academy which is both action-oriented and interactive. SimCorp’s Leadership Academy simulates situations and dilemmas that leaders face every day when focusing on business, executing strategy, setting direction, engaging people and enabling change - the five key drivers for our leaders. By offering a 'training court' for our leaders, they can help each other strengthen their leadership capabilities and at the same time establish a solid network across SimCorp worldwide.
